The National Health Service is turning 70 on 5 July 2018. It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of one of the nation’s most loved institutions, to appreciate the vital role the service plays in our lives, and to recognise and thank the extraordinary NHS staff – the everyday heroes – who are there to guide, support and care for us, day in, day out.

To make an appointment telephone or drop in at the surgery during our opening hours and speak to our receptionist.

We run an open surgery every morning primarily for urgent problems for which patients are asked to attend before 10.00am.  Open surgery will be run by either a GP or Nurse Practitioner; both are able to deal with most acute problems, issue prescriptions, etc.  Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are appointment sessions every evening and on some mornings.  We have a late evening surgery once a week, enquire at Reception for details.  Late appointments in the evenings are intended primarily for working people.

Urgent problems will be dealt with on the same day although you may not see your clinician of choice. Medical emergencies will be dealt with immediately.

The daily availability of our doctors, nurse practitioner and nurses can be found on the 'timetable' tab above.
